In 2001, Alvin accepted a Regional Human Resources Manager where he oversaw corporate compliance; FLSA, EEO, ADA, HIPPA, labor and employee relations.  While in this position, Alvin was selected to develop and direct Worldwide’s “WOW” leadership and management program.  The WOW program established strategies and framework for organizational change internationally for employee recruitment, development, and retention.  The program incorporated global thinking and empowerment via HR policies, processes, and procedures to enhance employee effectiveness.

Alvin is currently pursuing his PHD in Urban Affairs & Public Administration.  In addition to his current responsibilities and studies, Alvin holds a Masters of Business Administration from LeTourneau University; a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.Alvin is a member of SHRM (Society Human Resource Management).
