Eric Sortor
Eric Sortor brings over 18 years of food and beverage industry experience to the GTMSI team as well as over 7 years of airline clubroom management. In addition to Eric’s management expertise, Eric’s “front of the house” talents include restaurant, catering, and nightclub operations. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin Business School, Eric accepted the position of Director of Education for the Professional Bartending School in Austin, Texas and then the state-wide Texas School of Bartenders. During this time, he was responsible for course development, implementation, and assessment. Eric also served as both school’s state-certified TABC seller-trainer instructor, certifying over 1000 sellers and servers of alcohol in the Seller-Server certification program. |
