GTMS Partners with Unique Brands to open New Krew Kitchen at DFW International Airport

Fort Worth based Gideon Toal Management Services (GTMS) has partnered with FAT (Fresh. Authentic. Tasty.) Brands Inc., parent company of Fatburger, Buffalo’s Express, Rule the Roost, and Fort Worth Taco Company to form the new Krew Kitchen at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in the American Airlines’ employee dining hall.

Fort Worth based Gideon Toal Management Services (GTMS) announces the opening of the new American Airlines Krew Kitchen located at terminal A.  The opening is a culmination of a multi partnership including Fatburger, Rule the Roost and Fort Worth Taco Company.  The unique partnership will serve as a food hub for all DFW airport employees.  The opening is in partnership with Bankhead Food Group LLC, a current Fatburger franchisee with several brick-and-mortar locations across Texas, and Gideon Toal Management Services, a leading airport lounge and concessions management company. To date, this marks the first restaurant franchise in an employee cafeteria at the airport.

Guests are invited to indulge their taste buds at Rule the Roost Nashville Hot Chicken, the ultimate destination for authentic Nashville hot chicken serving up the perfect blend of spice and flavor that defines Music City's iconic dish. This partnership is also the first endeavor into the airport space for the brand.

Fort Worth Taco Company is a GTMS original concept created during the Covid pandemic. GTMS has taken the urban flavors and style of Fort Worth, TX and created the Fort Worth Taco Company. It specializes in authentic street-style tacos, handmade fresh, fast, and from scratch, in our kitchen.
