GTMS Receives International Nod for Excellence in Airport Lounge Management

Fort Worth based Gideon Toal Management Services (GTMS) that manages the Escape Lounge at Syracuse Hancock International Airport was part of the team that won the coveted Highly Commended Lounge of the Year in the Priority Pass Excellence 2024 Awards for North America. GTMS has managed the lounge for less than a year and in a real team effort has risen to the top in customer service.

This is one of several Escape Lounges managed by GTMS.  Since 2023, the company has expanded management services in Ft. Lauderdale,Columbus and Syracuse.
